A spec mansion in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club sold for $75 million, a record price for the city of Boca Raton.
The 2500 East Maya Palm Land Trust, with Steven Dingle of local luxury homebuilder SRD Building Corp. as trustee and developer, sold the 18,000-square-foot home at 2500 E. Maya Palm Drive, according to the broker, David W. Roberts of Royal Palm Properties. According to a deed filed in county records, the buyer was the 2500 East Maya Palm Trust, with attorney Scott Mustin as trustee. Roberts didn’t disclose who the buyer was, but said the buyer is moving from another home in Palm Beach County.
“This home has all of the high-end amenities you would have in a luxury condo building,” Roberts said.
Situated on a 0.78-acre lot with 292 feet of water frontage on two sides, the home features eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, five half-bathrooms, a six-car garage, a golf simulator, a spa with a massage room and cold plunge, a large fitness center, a chef’s kitchen, a club room with a video wall, an office, a 110-foot dock, and a pool with a swim up bar. P&H Interiors crafted the interiors of the home.
This home is on one of three lots that the homebuilder purchased for $40 million in 2024. It is building homes on all three of them, with the first home selling for $14.15 million before this deal.
Roberts said more people have been moving from Palm Beach to the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club because they like its club amenities, such as the golf course and the private marina.
“This sale speaks not only to the strength of the Boca Raton market, but to the growing demand for generational-quality waterfront estates,” Roberts said.
