Boca Raton Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony
Saturday, November 23rd, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Mizner Park Amphitheater

As the official start of the holidays in Boca Raton, the annual tree lighting has provided many great memories for locals and visitors alike. 2019 is sure to offer another fantastic evening for those in attendance.

With a little something for everyone, this year’s ceremony will feature live entertainment with a Santa’s Circus variety show, carolers, stilt walkers, and aerial performances.

In addition to watching the night’s entertainment, there will be plenty to get up and do as well. Family-friendly activities will include plenty of free carnival rides, an artificial ice skating rink, and a holiday bounce houses for the kids.

Of course, Santa Claus will be in attendance as well. In addition to pictures with the jolly fellow, children (and adults!) can complete their holiday wish lists at the Letters to Santa Station.

Stop by the Boca Raton Museum of Art next to the amphitheater to enjoy even more holiday spirit. Visitors can get free admission and holiday treats at the museum from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Led by Mayor Scott Singer, the night’s festivities culminate with the ceremonial tree lighting. This year, the city’s tree, located in the amphitheater, will be synchronized with the Mizner Park tree located by Lord & Taylor at the southern end of the plaza. Afterward, a spectacular fireworks show will close out the evening.

The Mizner Park Amphitheater is located at 590 Plaza Real, and admission to the holiday tree lighting is free. Carnival food from local vendors will be available for purchase.
