Each year, RealTrends, in partnership with The Wall Street Journal, releases a national list of the top 1,000 real estate agents across the country based on verified sales. These rankings are divided into categories, including individuals by transaction sides, teams by volume, and so on. As the broker/owner, I ranked in the “Individuals by Volume” category, which recognizes solo agents with the highest closed sales volume in residential real estate.
To be ranked #8 in the United States, with over $623 million in sales, is a remarkable achievement and an incredible honor. What makes it particularly meaningful is that it was achieved not as part of a mega team but alongside a small, carefully assembled group that shares my vision and focus, dedicated solely to RPYCC real estate.
